CCC Testimony: City Council Oversight Hearing: Addressing the Needs of New York City’s Latino Disconnected Youth

CCC testified at a September 22, 2011 City Council Youth Services Committee Hearing about the numerous challenges Latino youth face with regard to education, employment, contact with the juvenile justice system, and teen pregnancy rates. CCC urged the Council to keep these challenges in mind, and the supportive services to address them, when facing upcoming budget cuts in November.
