The remarks attached were presented at CCC’s 2016 Justine Wise Polier Symposium on April 20th by Judge Jeanette Ruiz, the Administrative Judge of the NYC Family Court. Judge Ruiz was the Keynote Speaker at the Symposium and her remarks laid out the goals, vision and deliverables in the new strategic plan for the NYC Family Courts.
