May 6, 2013 Celebrating CCC Advocacy at MoMA

Forese, Co-President of Citi, accepting award from CCC's Jennifer March-Joly CCC’s benefit event at The Museum of Modern Art on April 23rd was a great success and a celebration of CCC’s work and family of supporters. With over 600 guests joining us, the event raised over one-third of CCC’s annual budget, helping to ensure that New York City children will continue to have the support of the strong, effective advocacy of CCC. Forese, who accepted an award on behalf of Citi for its innovative work advancing the field of asset-building and financial capability for children and families in low-income communities. The event’s success couldn’t have been possible without the dedicated support of so many. We are especially grateful to Honorary Artist Joel Shapiro; Chuck Close and all of our silent auction donors; the event’s Honorary Chairs and major supporters, our event chairs, and everyone who donated their time and effort and joined us that evening; as well as BoomBox, the producers of the digital presentations at the event.
