Jack Mullan

Jack Mullan is a member of CCC’s Research and Data team. He is mainly responsible for the collection and analysis of census, administrative, and community-based data that goes into CCC’s research products and publications. As a research associate, Jack aims to build on CCC’s methods of data collection and presentation to expand public knowledge of child and family issues. Jack has a background in policy analysis and strategic advocacy in a variety of settings. Prior to joining CCC, he was based in Dublin, where he conducted statistical research on working conditions and labor policy for the European Union. He also brings experience in direct service provision and advocacy at local nonprofits, as well as academic research at the Center for Intersectionality and Social Policy Studies. Jack holds a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College and an M.A. in Public Policy, jointly awarded by the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague and Institute for International Studies in Barcelona.
