Daryl is a member of CCC’s Policy and Advocacy team. His work focuses on education issues in New York City. Prior to joining CCC, Daryl served as an Analyst on the Education Task Force at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, where he worked on the NYC Department of Education’s budget, tracked spending and reviewed DOE contracts. He also brings with him experience in higher education as an Admission Counselor for the City University of New York, in addition to advocacy experience with the New York State Association of College Admission Counseling. Daryl received an MPA from Baruch College’s Marxe School of Public and International Affairs with a specialization in Policy Analysis and Evaluation, as well as a BA from Vassar College.
