Veronica Dillon

Veronica Dillon has served on CCC’s Board of Directors since 2003, including serving as Treasurer. Ms. Dillon is currently a consultant and retired General Counsel of Graham Holdings Company (formerly The Washington Post Company). She had been Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer of Kaplan, Inc., a provider of educational and career services. Prior to that, she had held positions as counsel to Macmillan, Inc., staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, and associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Ms. Dillon has been active on several other nonprofit boards including FaceAids and the American University of Kosovo.
