CCC is an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization funded by individuals and foundations. CCC does not accept government funding, allowing us to develop impartial priorities and policy positions in the best interests of children. Our Board of Directors meets bi-monthly with executive staff and in subcommittees to oversee the program impact and finances of the organization. CCC is independently audited annually and meets the Better Business Bureau’s 20 standards for charity accountability and has achieved the highest level Platinum Seal of Transparency on GuideStar, demonstrating our commitment to accountability and transparency.
